Domestic violence assault in Queens after marriage problems

Our client was arrested for attacking his wife following an argument over where she was cheating. Our client gave a long confession to the police before he had a chance to hire a lawyer. When we met, client was very concerned about the effect that a conviction could have on his career. We successfully fought his charges which included assault on the grounds that the charges were insufficiently supported by the available evidence. We got the charges reduced to a non-criminal violation, no criminal record, some counseling sessions.
