Grand Larceny in Queens Supreme Court resolved with no criminal record
2016
Client was found in possession of the victim's stolen debit card and thousands of dollars of cash. Client fully confessed because the police spoke with our client before our client had a chance to contact us and our client had not been arrested for this before and so was unaware of their rights and the fact that they could legally refuse to speak to the police. Initially, client faced up to 7 years in prison and the Queens District Attorney can be agressive with grand larceny cases. We successfully negotiated a deal to get the criminal charges dropped, no jail, no criminal record.
